Job Overview We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Account Manager to join our Digital Media team. This role is central to delivering exceptional client outcomes, driving account growth, and supporting the development of talented junior team members.As an Account Manager, you’ll own the success of a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner while ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standard. You’ll combine strong client relationships with sharp strategic thinking, using data and insight to unlock growth opportunities and deliver measurable results.This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play an active role in shaping both client strategy and team development.What you’ll be responsible forOwning and nurturing client relationships, acting as a strategic and proactive point of contactLeading account and channel strategy, with clear, forward-looking plans aligned to client goalsEnsuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard, following best practices and quality controlsManaging budgets, forecasting, performance analysis, and reportingIdentifying opportunities to grow accounts through increased scope, budgets, or new servicesContributing to new business proposals and pitchesSupporting and mentoring junior team members through clear guidance, feedback, and prioritisationStaying up to date with platform, industry, and digital marketing developments and embedding them into strategyWhat we’re looking forExperience managing digital media accounts and client relationshipsStrong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and commercial awarenessConfidence presenting insights and recommendations to clientsExperience supporting or managing junior team membersA proactive, organised, and collaborative approachOur PackageSalaryWe benchmark salaries against the industry to remain highly competitive.
