Youll be joining a growing NPD team, supporting the journey from kitchen concept through to scaled, factory-ready production. With responsibility for process development, youll play a key role in ensuring products not only taste great but deliver consistently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Its a role that needs presence. Youll be comfortable in the factory, confident working cross-functionally, and able to hold your own in a direct, hands-on environment. This is a business that values people who can engage, influence and make things happen.
From a product perspective, bakery experience would be highly advantageous. That said, attitude and process capability are just as important; the team can support development in specific technical areas.

What youll bring:
Experience in process development within food manufacturing
Confidence operating within a factory environment
Ideally, a background in bakery or a strong interest in the category
The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate across functions

MondayFriday role with flexibility around start/finish times
