Youll be joining a growing NPD team, supporting the journey from kitchen concept through to scaled, factory-ready production. With responsibility for process development, youll play a key role in ensuring products not only taste great but deliver consistently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Its a role that needs presence. Youll be comfortable in the factory, confident working cross-functionally, and able to hold your own in a direct, hands-on environment. This is a business that values people who can engage, influence and make things happen.
From a product perspective, bakery experience would be highly advantageous. That said, attitude and process capability are just as important; the team can support development in specific technical areas.
Whats particularly interesting is where this business is heading. Experience in process development within food manufacturing

MondayFriday role with flexibility around start/finish times
