Building Care Taker

We are currently recruiting for a Building care taker to join a well-established organisation within the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical maintenance experience who enjoys a varied, hands-on role.

Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of low-level maintenance and repair tasks to help ensure buildings and facilities remain safe, clean and well maintained.
Duties may include:

• Painting and decorating touch-ups
• Furniture assembly and minor repairs
• Assisting with site upkeep and housekeeping duties
• Supporting contractors when required

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous maintenance, care taking, facilities or handyperson experience
• Practical DIY skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual approach to work

What you'll get in return
