Warehouse Operative

As a Afternoon Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for loading and unloading of vehicles, sortation and scanning of parcels into cages/collars.

This is a great opportunity that will have a Temp to Perm opportunity after a successful 12 weeks of service

A Afternoon Warehouse Operative details as follows:

- Open 6 days a week from Sunday - Friday, you choose the days you want to work, Full-time/Part-time available

- Shift start any time between 11:00 to 16:00 - your start time will be confirmed on weekly basis

- £12.71 per hour increasing to £12.79 after 12 weeks service

- Overtime rate applicable

Your duties as a Afternoon Warehouse Operative will include:

- Unloading parcels from a trailer

- Placing parcels onto a conveyor belt

- Scanning and sorting of parcels with handling/lifting of items of all sizes and weight

- Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team

- Ensure scanning with the use of the handheld terminal is completed accurately

- Accurate completion of any relevant paperwork

- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
