Your working hours
We offer full-time hours. Youll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.
Typical shifts may include:
Day shifts: 7:00am - 7:30pm
Well work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

What youll do
Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
Administer and manage medicines safely
Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
Whether youre newly qualified or have years of experience, youll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.

Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call
Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)
