This role involves providing comprehensive advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Responsibilities include advising on employment contracts and policies, managing performance and absence, handling disciplinary and grievance procedures, overseeing restructurings and redundancies, and managing settlement agreements. Additionally, the role requires expertise in TUPE regulations and other corporate employment issues as they arise.
