M&E Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E/MEP) contractor based in the Merseyside. The company delivers high-quality M&E solutions across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial projects, working alongside some of the UK's leading main contractors, developers and consultants. The Role * Managing costs across M&E projects from pre-contract through to final account * Preparing and agreeing valuations, variations and final accounts * Procurement and subcontractor management * Cost reporting and monitoring project budgets * Liaising with clients, main contractors and the internal project team * Supporting commercial risk management across a varied project portfolio Requirements * Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E/MEP or a related building services background * Strong commercial and cost management skills * Experience working across mechanical and/or electrical packages * Relevant qualification (degree or equivalent experience) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Full UK driving licence What's on Offer * Permanent position * Competitive salary, dependent on experience * Based in the North West, working across a varied project portfolio * Join a well-established, award-winning M&E contractor with a strong pipeline of work * Genuine opportunity for career progression within a growing business If you're an experienced Quantity Surveyor with an M&E background, apply today with your CV or get in touch for further details
