Support Worker – Worcester (Woodbury View)Salary: £13.30 per hourHours: Full Time - 36 hours Shifts: 7:45am–2:45pm, 2:45pm–8:45pm, Long Day 7:45am–8:45pmDriving Licence Required: Desirable

Your Role as a Support Worker
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with daily routines such as cooking, personal care, and household tasks
- Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities like karaoke, shopping, and day trips
- Promoting independence and building confidence
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team
Woodbury View is a welcoming, four-bedroom bungalow supporting ladies with complex learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or autism. It’s a vibrant, supportive environment where no two days are the same.

Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant is ideal, but not essential. If you’re new to care and passionate about helping others live independently, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. xwzovoh
