Key Responsibilities Cell leader Lead the day-to-day running of the Assembly area, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Manage, support, and motivate a team of 8-15 employees, acting as the first point of contact Plan and organise workloads to meet production targets, ensuring clear priorities and sufficient work for each shift Monitor and maintain quality, cost, and delivery performance in line with business objectives Drive continuous improvement activities (5S, Kaizen) while maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards Oversee team administration, including attendance, training plans, and maintaining skills matricesWorking Hours of the Cell leader 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Flerx working policy Additional hours may be required to meet business needsBenefits of the Cell leader role Company pension contributions up to 8% combined 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Opportunity to work for a global engineering leader Career development and training opportunities Supportive team environmentRequirements of the Cell Leader NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with strong hands-on assembly experience Previous team leadership or people management experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment Good understanding of Health & Safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement methods Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team To apply for the Cell Leader role, please contact Riz Haider at E3 Recruitment and/or quick apply
