Environmental Health & Safety Manager – Watford ( travel involved ) £60.000 - £70,000 plus package Engineering / Electrical & Mechanical. We’re looking to recruit an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager to join a growing engineering business. This is a key role driving a proactive safety culture across electrical and mechanical operations and ensuring full legal compliance. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining HSE policies, leading audits and risk assessments like RAMS, investigating incidents, contractor management, delivering toolbox talks and training, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll need hands-on experience in a technical or engineering environment, solid knowledge of UK HSE legislation, and a relevant NEBOSH qualification. Experience with ISO systems like fourteen thousand and forty-five thousand is a plus. Strong communication skills, confident influencing at all levels, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach are essential. If you want someone strong on electrical and mechanical
