What You'll Be Doing
Taking full ownership of the pub and rooms operation
Managing bookings, occupancy and guest stays
Driving wet sales while maintaining strong service standards
Leading and developing a front-of-house team
Managing labour, stock, GP and compliance
Delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience
What We're Looking For
Proven General Manager experience in pubs with rooms
Strong understanding of accommodation bookings and guest journeys
A hands-on operator who leads from the floor
Commercially aware with good operational control
Someone who enjoys running a well-rounded hospitality business
Salary up to £38,000
