Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer Location: Canary Wharf Hours of Work: 7am to 7pm, 4 shifts on 4 shifts off A great opportunity for a Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join a leading building service provider's corporate team for a role working days at Canary Wharf.

Job Summary:
To main focus for the Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer will be to undertake maintenance tasks as directed by the Engineering Supervisor. The Shift Engineer will work with a small team of maintenance staff on a rotating day shift rota, weekend working will be required. The Shift Engineer will carry out planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled work.
Main Responsibilities:
To identify and diagnose faults and to carry out repairs, adjustments and other maintenance works as appropriate.
To carry out the required routine servicing, repair or adjustment of plant or machinery in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule as tasked by the Building Control Co-ordinator.
To monitor plant as tasked and to record data using the supplied documentation.
To adopt a flexible approach in respect of other skills or trades to ensure the most cost effective completion of all tasks.
The Person:
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
Previous experience working in a modern building services maintenance environment, and able to demonstrate basic understanding of HVAC and building services.
18th Edition desirable.
To have an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
To be tidy and presentable at all times. xwzovoh
