TheSENDTransformationLeadwillplayapivotalroleinsupportingandembeddingtransformationalchangeacrossSENDservices,withaprimaryfocusonthestabilisationandimprovementoftherestructuredStatutorySENDTeams.
Thepostholderwillprovideoperationalleadershipandchangemanagementexpertisetoensurethatnewstructures,processesandwaysofworkingareeffectivelyimplementedandembedded,leadingtosustainableimprovementsinperformance,quality,andoutcomesforchildrenandyoungpeoplewithSEND.
Whilethecoreemphasisoftheroleissupportingthestatutoryrestructure,thepostholderwillalsocontributetootherSENDtransformationandservicedevelopmentactivityasrequired,inresponsetoemergingpriorities.
