Corporate Legal Counsel

Major, Lindsey & Africa are working with an international FinTech looking for an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join the legal team on an initial 4-month contract, starting ASAP. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, corporate governance, and general commercial legal support. Working closely with business leaders across the organisation, you will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years' PQE
• Strong M&A and general corporate law experience, gained within a recognised law firm and/or in-house legal team
• Experience advising on corporate transactions, governance matters, restructurings, and broader corporate legal issues
• Must be able to start ASAP
• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity from a London office as required
