• £30,000 base salary + £10,000 OTE, uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively reaching out to businesses via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Identifying and engaging decision-makers within growing companies
• Booking high-quality meetings for the senior commercial team
• Learning how to run discovery conversations and uncover client needs
• Building strong pipelines and managing your own outreach activity
• Working closely with experienced sales professionals to develop your skills
• Contributing to a driven, social, and target-focused team culture

Training & Progression

You’ll start with a structured academy designed to build your confidence and sales foundations, followed by ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced professionals. With the company’s rapid growth, there’s a clear pathway into roles such as Account Manager or Client Success roles.
