Site Manager - Civils

The Opportunity We are working with a leading organisation delivering works on a major industrial / energy site and we are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with a civils bias to support ongoing project delivery. This is a long-term contract opportunity on a secure and well-established site, offering consistent work within a high-compliance, safety-critical environment. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing subcontractors and site teams Overseeing civils-based works (groundworks, drainage, infrastructure) Ensuring full compliance with HSE standards and site procedures Producing and reviewing RAMS, permits and site documentation Coordinating works within a live operational environment Liaising with stakeholders and reporting on progress What We're Looking For We are keen to speak with Site Managers who have: Proven experience delivering civils or infrastructure projects Strong background in groundworks, drainage, or industrial works Experience managing works in live or regulated environments (utilities, energy, industrial, etc.) Ability to oversee subcontractors and drive programme delivery Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid What's on Offer Long-term, stable contract on a major site Competitive day rate aligned to experience Opportunity to work within a safety-critical, well-structured environment Immediate start available Apply Now If you're a hands-on Site Manager with a civils background and available for your next contract, we'd be keen to speak. 📩 Apply now or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
