Litigation Solicitor – Property & Private Client Location: Wanstead, London (1 day WFH after probation) Salary: 40-60K per annum (depending on experience, 3+ PQE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client, a well-established and modern law firm based in Wanstead, is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity offering strong progression prospects and exposure to a broad range of work across property and private client litigation. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and work closely with both individual and business clients across multiple areas of dispute resolution. Key responsibilities: * Managing a caseload of litigation matters including property and private client disputes * Handling property disputes including ownership disputes, right of way, boundary disputes, service charge disputes, and right to manage claims * Dealing with landlord and tenant matters (residential and commercial), including possession proceedings, eviction matters, and lease renewals * Managing probate disputes including inheritance claims and will validity disputes * Handling debt recovery matters and repayment disputes * Advising on building disputes and general civil litigation matters * Liaising with clients, providing clear legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships * Managing files from instruction through to resolution * Meeting billing targets and contributing to departmental performance Requirements: * Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3+ years PQE in litigation * Strong experience across property litigation and/or private client disputes * Ability to manage a varied caseload independently * High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality legal work * Strong communication and client-facing skills * Excellent organisational and administrative abilities * Ability to work towards billing targets in a fast-paced environment Litigation Solicitor, Property Litigation, Civil Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Private Client Litigation, Landlord and Tenant, Residential Property Disputes, Commercial Property Disputes, Probate Disputes, Inheritance Claims, Will Disputes, Debt Recovery, Building Disputes, Employment Law, Solicitor jobs London, Wanstead jobs, Legal jobs London, PQE Solicitor, Associate Solicitor, Fee Earner, Law Firm, Legal Practice Benefits: * Private medical insurance * 1 day working from home after probation * Generous bonus scheme * Clear progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and forward-thinking firm offering varied work, career development, and a supportive environment
