£27.5k base salary
Uncapped commission £50k OTE in Year 1

Your Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Source and attract high-calibre candidates through in-depth market research
Build and manage relationships with premium FinTech clients
Run your own desk with full ownership of clients and candidates
Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
Lead salary and contract negotiations to close high-value deals
What They Are Looking For: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
2:1 or above from a Russell Group university
Strong work ethic demonstrated through previous experience
Evidence of competitiveness or achievement (sports, awards, leadership)
Highly motivated by money and progression
Confident, articulate, and commercially minded
Resilient, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
