About the role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support. The role involves key responsibilities such as data entry, data review, updating the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, closure of work orders, and minuting client meetings. The successful candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping and support smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong administration skills and proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office package, are essential. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a proactive approach to work. Security vetting, specifically BPSS clearance, is a mandatory requirement for this position and cannot be omitted.

Key Responsibilities

Take and distribute minutes during client meetings
Support communication and coordination between internal teams and external clients
Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
Assist with other office administration tasks as required

Strong administration and organisational skills
Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Experience or willingness to learn CAFM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills xwzovoh

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively

Reliable and proactive work ethic
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
BPSS clearance (mandatory)
