Are you a master of multitasking who loves seeing a project through from the first sales call to the final delivery? We are looking for a versatile Internal Sales & Office Administrator to join our fast-paced team. This isnt your typical "desk job"youll be the heartbeat of our site, coordinating between our customers, our factory, and our suppliers.
Location: Kings Langley, Watford WD4
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Benefits + possible Car
What youll be doing:
One minute youll be researching new business leads or "sense-checking" a technical quote; the next, youll be booking transport for a rush delivery or managing our supplier accounts on Sage.
Youll be the right-hand person to our Managing Director and the friendly voice at the end of the phone for our clients.
Were looking for someone who:
Has an eye for detail: You spot a typo in a quote from a mile away.
Is tech-savvy: Youre comfortable with Sage, GT systems, and Excel.
Is a "People Person": Youre confident picking up the phone to win new business or resolve a supplier query.
Thrives on variety: You enjoy a role where no two days are the same. xwzovoh
