The Role We are looking for a driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Kelham Island office. This is a 360 recruitment role, managing a small but established desk with strong existing relationships, while also developing new business opportunities.
This is an office-based position with regular client visits, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role), including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement

Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals

Developing new business through proactive sales activity

Attending client meetings and school visits

Delivering a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates

Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets

About You Proven experience in sales and/or relationship management

Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient

Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships

Full UK driving xwzovoh licence (required for client visits)
