As an Early Years Educator (EYE), youll:
Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
Champion a rights respecting approach that nurtures confidence and empathy
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Contribute to best practice and continuous improvement within the team
Engage in ongoing training and professional development
To succeed as an Early Years Educator (EYE), youll bring:
A Level 3 Early Years qualification (will also accept a Level 2 who wants to gain their level 3 qualification)
Experience working within an Outstanding EYFS setting
A strong commitment to championing childrens rights and wellbeing
Creativity, enthusiasm and empathy in your teaching approach
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
