Overview We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of two sites located in Fulham and Knightsbridge. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, organised, and confident working across a wide range of general building maintenance tasks. A full driving licence is essential, as the role involves travelling between both sites.
Key Responsibilities Carry out general building maintenance , ensuring both sites remain safe, functional, and presentable

Perform basic plumbing tasks such as unblocking sinks, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures

Undertake basic electrical work , including replacing bulbs, checking fittings, and minor repairs

Complete painting and decorating tasks to maintain high standards across both properties

Assist with furniture moves , room setups, and general manual handling tasks

Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly

Liaise with external contractors when required and support planned maintenance works

Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards

Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working order

Requirements Proven experience xwzovoh in a maintenance, caretaking, or facilities role

Strong practical skills across plumbing, electrics, painting, and general repairs

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Ability to work independently and manage workload across two sites

Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach

Physically capable of manual handling and moving furniture

Reliable, punctual, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
