The Role:
As Marketing Director, you will lead the full marketing function across a multi-site portfolio. You will balance strategic planning with hands on execution, ensuring all channels from digital to in-store are aligned, engaging, and performance driven.
Working closely with senior leadership, agencies, and cross functional teams, you will shape and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and deliver measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy across all sites
Lead digital marketing, social media, and content strategy to drive brand awareness and footfall
Manage and optimise marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI across campaigns
Oversee CRM strategy and customer data to drive retention and repeat business
Analyse performance metrics and market trends to inform decision making
Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social, and in-store presence
Lead PR and communications activity to strengthen brand positioning
Experience:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role within multi-site retail, hospitality, xwzovoh or food and beverage
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable growth
Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, and data-driven decision making
Skilled in brand development and strategic planning
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth focused environment
Passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience
