Service Desk Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Service Desk team. This role combines account management with service coordination, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support while maintaining efficient internal operations. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting engineers and ensuring jobs are processed, quoted and completed accurately.
