About the Role
We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and highly organised receptionist to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the face and voice of our business-managing front-of-house operations, greeting clients, and keeping the office running smoothly. Alongside traditional receptionist duties, you will provide essential administrative support for our financial products, including handling daily post, managing correspondence, and liaising with industry stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional service to customers and ensuring they are treated fairly and professionally
Maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date records for SIPP and other company products
Liaising with Financial Advisers, banks, financial institutions, and pension scheme members on administrative matters
Ensuring all tasks strictly adhere to current legislation and internal company standards
Maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy across all administrative daily workflows
Actively monitoring, prioritizing, and managing incoming email correspondence
Efficiently answering, logging, and directing incoming calls to the correct business areas
Handling the end-to-end processing of daily post, including opening, logging, sorting, franking, and bulk mailing
Setting up, inspecting, and preparing the reception area and meeting rooms for the day
Greeting visitors in a professional manner, offering refreshments, and notifying meeting coordinators of their arrival
Monitoring and managing stock control for stationery and non-stationery items, and placing orders
Distributing milk, stationery, and non-stationery products across the building accordinglyAbout You
The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and a warm, professional manner.
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role would be beneficial, although we are also interested in candidates who are proactive, eager to learn, and possess strong time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
