We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Resourcing Advisor to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an outstanding recruitment and resourcing service that attracts talented, diverse and values-driven colleagues who will help shape the future of education across our campuses

Working closely with managers across the College, you'll provide expert recruitment advice, champion inclusive and safer recruitment practices, and ensure every candidate enjoys a positive experience from application through to appointment.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference by helping us attract talented people who share our passion for transforming lives through education.

The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.

Requirements & Compliance

• Safeguarding: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration (costs covered by the candidate).
• Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
