The Roles

Depending on your experience and the position, responsibilities may include:
* Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties and complex needs.
* Providing tailored one-to-one and small-group support.
* Supporting communication, emotional regulation, social development and independence.
* Implementing individual education plans, behaviour support strategies and specialist interventions.
