Are you highly organised and experienced in leases, contracts or housing services? At Amplius, we have a great new opportunity for a Leasehold Partnerships Officer to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring agreements run smoothly while working closely with colleagues, customers and external partners to deliver a reliable, customer-focused service.
Salary: £39,500 per year
Contract: Permanent, full time
Your week: 36.25 hours (days and times to be agreed at interview)
Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in either our Milton Keynes, Rushden, Peterborough or Boston office
Snapshot of your role
*
Support the drafting, review, and renewal of leases, management agreements, and transfer documents
*
Maintain accurate records of portfolio expiry dates, ensuring timely renewals and terminations
*
Provide advice to internal teams on lease and agreement requirements to ensure consistency and compliance
*
Work with external partners regarding contractual obligations and service delivery
*
Monitor rent accounts, manage arrears, and ensure charges are accurate in line with agreements
What you’ll need to thrive in this role

Knowledge and experience of leases, freehold transfers, and management agreements
*
Ability to understand and interpret complex contractual information
*
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
*
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
*
A proactive and resourceful approach, with the confidence to suggest improvements
*
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
*
Ability to work effectively under pressure across both short- and long-term priorities
