We pride ourselves on being innovative, solution-focused, and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for every person in our care.  About The Role About the Service  the Location is a spacious, open-plan bungalow supporting five individuals with complex care needs. Each person has their own bedroom, and the shared living, dining, and kitchen areas create a warm, inclusive environment.  We provide: Full personal care (washing, dressing, feeding) Oxygen therapy and suctioning Hoisting and manual handling Community-based support and outingsThis is a vibrant, person-centred service where every individual is celebrated for who they are.  About the Role   Your day-to-day will include:  Standard support worker duties Assisting with oxygen therapy and suctioning (training provided) Medication administration and manual handling  Supporting individuals in the community  No prior experience in complex care? That’s okay—we’ll train you.
