Mammographer / Breast Screening Radiographer Exeter 28.8 hours per week (flexible Monday–Friday) Up to £41,000 pro-rata + funded training opportunities About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Mammographer to join a well-established and supportive Breast Screening team based in Exeter. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality breast imaging services, supporting early detection and positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality mammography examinations in line with national standards * Participate in assessment clinics, including advanced procedures such as stereotactic biopsies * Provide compassionate, patient-centred care throughout the screening process * Support and mentor Assistant Practitioners and junior team members * Contribute to continuous service improvement and clinical excellence Requirements * BSc in Radiography (or equivalent) * Postgraduate Certificate in Mammography * Current HCPC registration * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team * A proactive and compassionate approach to patient care What’s on Offer * Competitive salary up to £41,000 pro-rata * Flexible working pattern to support work-life balance * Fully funded training and development opportunities, including Advanced Practice * Supportive, friendly team environment * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within women’s healthcare
