We are expanding our production team and looking for experienced Production MIG Welders to help us maintain our industry-leading standards. What You’ll Need: * Proven experience in MIG welding or a relevant welding qualification * At least 1 year of experience working with sheet metal * Fabrication experience is a plus, but not essential * Reliability and a strong work ethic Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 * Friday: 08:00 – 14:30 * No weekend work required What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate starting at £13.84, rising to £16.95 per hour (including bonus) once fully trained * Permanent role with guaranteed 40 hours per week * Company pension scheme * Free on-site parking * Opportunities for progression and skill development * A supportive, team-oriented work environment Next Steps: Interested candidates will be invited to complete a 45-minute welding test as part of the interview process.
