About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with teachers to support personalised learning plans
Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
Assist pupils with communication, social skills, and emotional regulation
Support behaviour management using positive strategies
Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Assist with personal care where required
Encourage independence and confidence in all pupilsRequirements:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (highly desirable)
Understanding of conditions such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer:
