Where will you be working?

Heathrow and Airport – based out of our regional or project offices.

This role is in our Aviation department, our team is responsible for a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields across the Group.

The Role

Commercial Assistant

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities

Providing support in preparing monthly interim valuations (AFPs)

Maintaining records to support in recovery of cost(s)

Drafting of subcontract form

i.e

NEC4 Subcontracts

Management of subcontract accounts through to final account

Liaison with operational teams as required

Interface with p

roject buying

& procurement

Client interaction

and regular site visits
