Hours: Monday to Friday (Overtime Available)
HP4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Paint Prepper / Car Prepper / Paint Technician / Bodyshop Prepper to join a busy and fast-paced bodyshop in Bedford. This is a temp to perm opportunity , offering a 6-month contract with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, filling, and priming
Carry out paint preparation and panel preparation to a high standard
Ensure surfaces are ready for spray painting / refinishing
Identify and rectify minor defects prior to painting
Work efficiently to meet bodyshop deadlines and targets
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper / Paint Prepper / Bodyshop Prepper
Strong skills in sanding, masking, and paint preparation
Experience working in a bodyshop, accident repair centre, or automotive workshop
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention xwzovoh to detail and quality standards
