Key Requirements * Previous experience as an F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs. * Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality service. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
