Design Engineering Manager

Design Engineering Manager Location: Dudley, West Midlands £60-65,000 + pension, 24days holiday plus bank holidays, and early finish on Fridays. A CAD Design Engineering Manager is required to lead the CAD Engineering function at a stable, growing UK manufacturer with long‑term customer relationships.The CAD Design Engineering Manager will manage a team of CAD Engineers, overseeing the delivery of detailed CAD engineering drawings for predominantly bespoke projects (circa 80%), while shaping a more modular design approach for future growth. £60-65,000 + pension, 24days holiday plus bank holidays, and early finish on Fridays.
