Neighbourhood Housing Lead

We are working with a large housing provider seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join their Housing Management Team on a short‑term temporary basis. This is a resident‑facing role with responsibility for leading neighbourhood services across a defined patch, supporting teams to deliver a consistent, high‑quality approach to housing management and customer service. The Role As Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will: Support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, consistent, and resident‑focused service Act as the primary relationship holder for residents within your patch Manage a neighbourhood of approximately (Apply online only) homes, aligned to local authority boundaries Play a key role in improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and supporting sustainable tenancies Lead by example, driving service standards and resolving issues efficiently Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for residents About You Demonstrable experience in a housing management or neighbourhood‑based role Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage confidently with residents and colleagues A proactive problem‑solver with resilience, determination, and a can‑do attitude Comfortable managing a complex caseload and working to deadlines Able to challenge constructively and push for improved outcomes where needed Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with diverse communities Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes Additional Information Hybrid working with estate and office presence required Immediate or short‑notice candidates preferred Short‑term interim assignment, ideal for candidates available for temporary workIf you're an experienced housing professional looking for a short‑term leadership opportunity where you can make an immediate impact in neighbourhood services, we'd welcome your application.
