Derby City | Full-Time | Long-Term | Small Groups (SEND & SEMH) Enlightenment Education are looking for committed Nurture Teachers to work in Derby City SEND and SEMH provisions. These are long-term, full-time roles teaching small groups of pupils with additional needs. Consistency is key, so were looking for teachers who can build strong relationships and provide stability. The Role Teaching small groups across KS2KS5 Planning and delivering adapted lessons Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and complex needs Creating a calm, structured and nurturing learning environment Working closely with SENCOs, pastoral teams and behaviour leads What Were Looking For QTS (Primary, Secondary or SEND considered) Experience in SEND, SEMH, AP or small-group teaching Strong behaviour management and relationship-led practice Ability to adapt lessons and support varied learning needs Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term work What We Offer Long-term, full-time roles across Derby City Weekly pay via PAYE Local placements with supportive SEND/SEMH teams Ongoing support from a local independent agency If youre passionate about helping pupils thrive in a nurturing, small-group setting, wed love to hear from you.
