Position Overview

A customer oriented mailing company with a strong financial backing is looking for an experienced Sales Director with established contacts in the sector. A positive, goal oriented individual with good communication and social skills, you will make a significant impact within this ambitious organisation.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the MD so you receive every opportunity to be successful and build a good career path with the company as part of their senior team. Responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies, you will gather performance data and generate reports. You will use your knowledge of the industry and its markets to look at ways to create growth, accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace, and avoid stagnation. Because the role involves a high degree of trend analysis, market monitoring, and result tracking, it is important that we find a number‑orientated candidate with a well‑developed business sense. This is a sales role first and foremost, hiring sales staff as you increase sales.
