Manufacturing Operative Location: Sidcup, DA14 Salary: £12.88 per hour (Weekdays), £13.63 per hour (Weekends) Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts – 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am Job Overview: M4 Talent Group are seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operatives to join our production team. This role involves operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
