Sales Manager – High Performance Leadership Opportunity
Are you a proven sales leader who knows how to build, motivate, and scale successful teams?
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead an established sales function while building and developing a new business team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys creating high-performance cultures that deliver exceptional results.
You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing talented sales professionals, and ensuring performance standards remain consistently high across the team. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping the future growth of a rapidly expanding business.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of experienced sales professionals.
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
Driving new business acquisition and revenue growth.
Monitoring performance, pipeline activity, and sales metrics.
Conducting regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Supporting complex and high-value client conversations.
Creating a culture of accountability, ambition, and success.
Working closely with senior leadership to achieve business objectives.What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading successful sales teams.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
Experience operating in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive, resilient, and highly motivated mindset.
