Groundworks Site Manager – Cambridge Location: Cambridge Contract: 18 Months Start: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to oversee groundworks packages on a large residential development in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a brand-new project from the outset, with an 18-month contract offering long-term continuity. Key Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day groundworks operations on site * Coordinating subcontractors and site teams * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification * Monitoring quality standards and site productivity * Liaising with the client, project team, and contractors * Maintaining site records and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations Requirements: * Proven experience managing groundworks packages on residential developments * SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to drive programme and manage subcontractors effectively What's on Offer: * £280 per day * 18-month contract * Brand-new residential development * Immediate start available To apply or discuss the role further, please get in touch today
