Internal Sales Engineer
Wokingham | Up to £32,000 + 13.5% Bonus (£4,000+)
35 Hour Week | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
8.45am – 5.00pm with 45 Minute Lunch
We’re recruiting for an Internal Sales Engineer to join a growing and highly respected engineering and technology business based in Wokingham.
The company provides specialist electronic and engineering solutions to customers globally and has built an outstanding reputation not only for its products and innovation, but also for its people-first culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, sales support or internal sales experience who enjoys building relationships, delivering accurate quotations and working in a fast-paced technical environment.
The Role
*
Producing accurate customer quotations and responses
*
Managing customer enquiries and orders from enquiry through to delivery
*
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal sales teams
*
Proactively updating customers on lead times and order progress
*
Supporting post-sale queries, repairs and returns
*
Maintaining accurate CRM and order information
What We’re Looking For
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*
Previous experience in internal sales, customer support, quotations or sales administration
*
Commercial awareness and confidence dealing with customers
*
Interest in electronics, manufacturing, engineering parts or assembly would be highly advantageous
*
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
