CIMA/ACCA Finance Business Partner

Otto James Consulting are working on a retained search and selection process for an international Fintech organisation, based out of Manchester Science Hub.
This international footing is coordinated through a state-of-the-art Manchester offices, where the Finance Team enjoy 2 days in the office hybrid working.
This new role of International Business Partner, has been created following the firms US expansion, and is seen a business critical, value add role.
The position of International Business Partner will be situated within a talented and growing finance team, and will report directly into the Finance Director. This direct reporting line is there to ensure the role is laser focused on the duties and distanced from “Transactional Finance”.
Cost saving analysis & organisational efficiencies rationalisation
Preparation of regional management and financial accounts
Management of the annual audit process
Presenting future acquisitions to the board
Business Partnering with none financial stakeholders
Standardisation of processes across businesses
