Director of Product (Data & AI)

We are working with a fast-growing PE -Backed B2B SaaS Data Analytics business, hiring a Head of Data & AI Product to lead the next phase of its product evolution.

This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable data, AI and analytics capabilities as the business moves from a bespoke, sales-led model to a product-centric platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the Data & AI product strategy across infrastructure, optimisation, reporting and revenue intelligence.
• Build a scalable intelligence layer from fragmented data and manual workflows.
• Shift optimisation from rules-based to AI-driven decisioning.
• Lead and develop 3 Product Managers while staying hands-on on key priorities.
• Drive measurable commercial impact from Data & AI investment.

Ideal candidates will bring senior product leadership experience in SaaS, with a strong technical background in data, AI/ML or platform products. xwzovoh The role is remote with travel once a month to Berlin.
