Facilitate workshops and training to embed improvement culture.
Build strong relationships across production, engineering, and operations.
Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
A foundation in process engineering/operations effectiveness.
Any experiernce with CAD/CAM would be advantageous
