We are currently partnered with a 5* PLC housebuilder who are looking for either a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in North Scotland. Our client are about to embark on an exciting growth trajectory, they will be increasing the new homes delivered by 50% over the next three years.

Job description

The role will have the commercial and surveying responsibilities for large sites and will have clear targets to be met for each site. xwzovoh COINS is the current system used and they are looking for someone with the aptitude to embrace this system.

Essential experience

Ideally having worked on groundworks payments
