Assembly Operative

Welshpool | Full time | £14.47 per hour Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm Friday, 7:00am – 12:00pm Role Overview We are recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a busy and growing team in Welshpool. This role involves assembling products to a high standard while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be part of a supportive team within a local business, contributing to efficient production and quality output. Key Responsibilities * Assembling products and components to required standards * Using hand and power tools safely and effectively * Following technical instructions and drawings * Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Skills & Experience * Good attention to detail * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Previous assembly or production experience is an advantage * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Understanding of basic health and safety practices
