QUANTITY SURVEYOR – SPECIALIST FACADES Location: London EC1 Specialist Façade Quantity Surveyor Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in specialist façade, cladding or external envelope packages? Our client is a growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality façade systems across major residential, commercial and modular construction projects throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor who understands the commercial challenges of specialist façade packages and enjoys taking ownership from pre-contract through to final account. Responsibilities * Commercial management of specialist façade packages * Procurement and management of subcontractors * Cost planning, reporting and forecasting * Variations and change management * Applications for payment and valuations * Final accounts * Risk and opportunity management * Working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance * Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners Requirements * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor * Experience delivering façade, cladding or external envelope packages * Strong understanding of subcontract procurement * Excellent contractual and commercial knowledge * Strong negotiation skills * Self-motivated with excellent communication skills Experience within any of the following would be advantageous: * Brick Slip Systems * Cladding * Curtain Walling * Rainscreen * SFS * External Envelope * MMC / Modular Construction * Fire-rated façade systems What's on offer * Excellent salary * Career progression * Exciting specialist projects * Supportive and collaborative team * Opportunity to grow with an ambitious business
